Care for residents in a long-term care setting, providing high-quality patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities :
Direct and indirect quality care for residents, tailored to individualized needs.
Follow the nursing process and adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications :
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications :
1 year experience in long term care.
