1st And 2nd Shift Filler Packer Role

Join our team as a Packer on the 2nd shift from 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 30 PM. This role involves using a computer system for handling documentation, filling liquids and powders into tanks, and ensuring accurate measurements. You will be working in a cleanroom environment where attention to detail is crucial.

Pay : $22-23 / Hour

Responsibilities :

Use computer system and handle related documentation.

Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Fill liquids and powders into tanks, ensuring accurate measurements according to the formula.

Select and scan appropriate raw materials using a barcode scanner to ensure lot number and quantity accuracy.

Stage and add raw materials to the tank as per the work order manufacturing instructions.

Fill and pack orders according to sales order requirements, ensuring accurate weight and labeling.

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products around the production floor.

Follow GMP and safety guidelines and procedures.

Be open to cross-training and assisting in different departments.

Essential Skills :

Experience in warehouse, packing, and general labor.

Ability to work around chemicals and food-grade materials.

Proficiency in using scales, pumps, valves, and air mixers.

Comfortable operating forklifts and pallet jacks.

Attention to detail in labeling and packing logs.

Ability to wear a respirator.

Understanding of GMP, food experience, and material handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

Experience in food manufacturing and cleanroom environments.

Pay and Benefits :
