Key Responsibilities
Champion core values and leadership principles, embedding them into performance reviews and development plans
Develop and execute a forward-thinking people strategy aligned with business growth
Oversee recruiting processes and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive HR / People leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS or tech startup
Demonstrated success leading at the VP or Senior Director level in a high-growth SaaS environment
SHRM-SCP certification required
Deep experience in performance management and cultural leadership
Must live within 1 hour drive / flight of specified cities
