RESRG Automotive is seeking you to join our team as a Maintenance and Reliability Manager in our Portageville, MO facility!

Your Job

In this role, you will support the operations teams with knowledge, guidance, and project management to improve plant operational and reliability performance through leading the maintenance teams.

What you Will Do in Your Role

  • Lead and strategically manage the Maintenance department and all maintenance-related activities
  • Prepare cost estimates, develop budgets, and timelines for projects
  • Provide leadership and manage capital projects and plant improvements as assigned
  • Perform contractor management and safety oversight for all contractor services
  • Manage the diagnosis of equipment problems, determine repair / replacement needs of machinery, tear down, repair / replace defective parts and reassemble equipment
  • Develop employees to improve individual and organizational performance
  • Lead performance management and corrective action processes
  • Use economic thinking to fill necessary resource gaps, control overtime spends, reduce / eliminate failure reoccurrence, and identify critical parts and equipment
  • Investigate and recommend purchase of equipment and supplies for Maintenance department

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Maintenance / reliability or engineering leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience leading improvement efforts in reliability, predictive and preventative maintenance
  • What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Knowledge of injection molding process
  • Automotive industry experience
