J OB SUMMARY

The Scale Clerk is responsible for performing daily clerical and administrative tasks, including weighing trucks, grading grain, operating a PLC program, data entry, answering phones, and filing. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth office operations while delivering excellent customer service with a professional and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Weigh incoming and outgoing trucks accurately
• Perform data entry for records and transactions
• Answer phones and provide courteous customer support
• File and retain documents in an organized manner
• Maintain a clean and neat workspace
• Ensure office equipment is functioning properly (copier, fax machine, etc.)
• Support daily operations by following established company procedures
