Project Manager- Adult Education Build in LA Area! Project Manager - Adult Education Build
Position Overview
The Project Manager for Adult Education Build will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of adult education facilities projects in the LA area. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the needs of the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of adult education facility construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including LAUSD, community members, and construction teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with DSA regulations and guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and the board.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably with educational facilities.Strong understanding of DSA and LAUSD requirements for school construction projects.Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Benefits
