Yonkers Honda is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our high-energy Business Development Center (BDC) team. As a BDC Representative, you’ll play a vital role in the car-buying process by engaging with customers through phone, text, and email. Responsibilities :
- Make all assigned outbound calls to potential and current customers using our CRM
- Answer incoming sales calls, internet leads, and confirm customer appointments
- Set and manage sales appointments efficiently and accurately
- Handle a high volume of phone calls daily with professionalism and urgency
- Follow up consistently with customers via call, text, and email
- Provide information on inventory, promotions, and vehicle features
- Track all customer interactions within the CRM platform
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment handoffs
Qualifications :
1–2 years of experience in dealership BDC preferredMust be punctual, reliable, and goal-orientedComfortable handling heavy phone volumeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience working with multiple CRMs and tracking follow-ups via email and CRM systemBilingual (English / Spanish) is a plusStrong organizational and time-management skillsMust be able to work SundaysMust be coachable and eager to grow within a fast-paced environmentBenefits :
