RN Med / Surg Tele jobs in Delhi, NY let you deliver comprehensive care to patients with acute medical needs in a dynamic hospital environment. As a Registered Nurse in the Medical / Surgical Telemetry unit, you will assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care, monitor and interpret vital signs, and coordinate with physicians and the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.

You must have an associate degree from an accredited nursing school, a current RN license, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience in telemetry or medical-surgical nursing and strong communication skills are preferred.
