The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, with an established book of business and a strong professional network in one or more of our target segments. We are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of global on-demand production, and can hit the ground running - hunting, calling, and opening doors - while also thinking strategically about how to deliver solutions at scale.

  • Build strong, strategic relationships with decision-makers, demonstrating how RPI's platform enables faster, more sustainable global production.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver customer-ready solutions.
  • Represent RPI as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and customer needs to refine strategy and uncover new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales, ideally in technology, SaaS, ecommerce, or digital manufacturing.
  • A proven book of business and / or strong professional network within target markets.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building strong pipelines.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills, including for executive-level audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and execute with speed.
  • Comfortable collaborating across functions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Why Join Us?

At RPI, you'll be part of a team that's driving a global shift in how products are made and delivered. This is your chance to :

  • Be at the forefront of innovation - connecting technology, ecommerce, and manufacturing in new and disruptive ways.
  • Shape the growth of a platform that's scaling worldwide and redefining the customer experience.
  • Work with visionary brands, creators, and entrepreneurs who are changing how the world creates.
  • Join a culture that lives by our values every day :
  • Be Trustworthy / Act with Integrity

  • Act with Ownership - pursue excellence beyond expectations
  • Deliver an Extraordinary Customer Experience
  • Embrace Sustainability - create a sustainable future together
  • Bias for Action - take smart risks and learn from new mistakes
