Position Summary :
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within a retail environment or marketing agency, and will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting. This role is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring all materials meet brand standards and deadlines. The Marketing Specialist will have a strong understanding of media channels and campaign strategies, excellent project management skills, and a proactive, energetic personality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, in-store, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external agencies to deliver campaigns that align with business goals.
- Create and maintain detailed campaign briefs, timelines, and proofing processes to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including presentations, promotional collateral, and email communications.
- Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of industry trends, media channels, and marketing best practices.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, presentations, and campaign documentation.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2-3 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in a retail setting or marketing agency.Proven ability to execute campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media.Strong project management skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to brief and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Energetic, proactive, and able to contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.Preferred Skills :
Experience managing marketing campaigns for a large retail brand.Familiarity with creative proofing and approval processes.Experience working with marketing agencies or cross-functional teams.
