Salary: Base $55,000 with Commision

Job Description: As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting our assisted living facility and driving occupancy rates. You will develop and implement marketing strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition, enhance our brand presence, and attract potential residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, doctors, and senior organizations.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless experience for prospective residents and their families.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare or senior living industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of the local market and senior care industry is a plus
