As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will be a working manager responsible for the hands on day-to-day activities of the restaurant and maintaining initiatives in the areas of Administrative responsibilities, Interviewing, hiring & training, Performance reviews, Product Quality and Maintenance while usually working a 45 hour work week. A qualified applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent, although a University degree is preferred, a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, knowledge of P & L statements, basic math and accounting skills, strong customer service skills and strong skills in the areas of communication, leadership and conflict resolution. Previous Taco Bell experience preferred but not required Englefield Inc. Offers :
