Key Responsibilities

Address simple requests and complaints received via telephone, email, or voicemail

Utilize call center software to manage inquiries and resolve issues

Learn to execute basic claim setup, entry, and coverage verification

Required Qualifications

High school diploma is required

Related billing claims assistant or claims processing experience is required

Workers' compensation claims experience is a plus

Location within the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone is required

Must be available to work specified hours, Monday-Friday
