Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The role is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing insights to guide strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience working in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, monitor, and analyze financial data to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, variance analyses, and management presentations.
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Conduct profitability, cost, and trend analysis to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Work with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) to extract and validate data.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
