Here's your chance to lead the charge as an Area Supervisor for Valet Trash by Fetch, a valet trash collection division for the multifamily giant! In this role, you’ll lead a team that transforms an everyday chore into a reliable, convenient amenity. Backed by Fetch’s trusted national logistics network, you’ll help ensure every pickup is smooth, consistent, and hassle-free — delivering value to our partners and making life a little easier (and cleaner!) for residents.  We’re looking for someone who takes pride in operational excellence and cares deeply about delivering a consistently high-quality experience — for both communities and residents.

What You'll Do :

  • Create and maintain schedules for Trash Service Partners, ensuring coverage for all assigned communities.
  • Monitor Service Partner performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service escalations, addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Conduct weekly field quality audits at communities to ensure safety standards and performance are at expected levels.
  • Document and track customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with apartment community staff to facilitate the launch of valet trash services.
  • Conduct site visits to assess logistical requirements and address any concerns related to service.
  • Build strong cross collaborative relationships with client success and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new Trash Service Partners.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of supplies necessary for service operations.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards.

What You'll Need :

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve, maintain, and elevate high standards consistently.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven leadership experience, showcasing the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proficient in basic computer and smartphone usage, with the capability to navigate spreadsheet tools, digital platforms and apps effectively.
  • Clear and concise in both electronic and verbal communication, ensuring messages are conveyed accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong commitment to prioritized decision-making, enabling efficient problem-solving and goal attainment.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about serving others, with a genuine desire to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adept at adjusting to changing priorities and demands.
  • Capable of handling loads of 70+ pounds, ensuring the physical demands of the role can be met effectively.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, essential for fulfilling operational requirements safely and efficiently.
  • A working and up to date smartphone utilizing company apps.
  • Willingness to regularly travel within the metropolitan area.
