Title Analyst

Analyze abstracts of title, legal documents, and public records to assess and verify the status of title for commercial properties. Prepare thorough and accurate title commitments in alignment with company policies and underwriter standards. Investigate and resolve title-related issues such as liens, encumbrances, and discrepancies in ownership. Review attorney title opinions and Form 900s to generate Iowa Title Guaranty commitments and final certificates. Ensure adherence to Iowa Title Guaranty program requirements and stay informed of any regulatory updates or procedural changes. Collaborate with attorneys, clients, underwriters, and internal teams to clarify title concerns and facilitate resolution. Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all title files and issued commitments. Support curative efforts and coordinate with abstractors and legal professionals to address outstanding title matters.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
