Corporate Attorney

Our client in Hackensack, NJ is looking for a Corporate Attorney for a full time position.

Salary range $240,000 to $315,000.DOE

Attorneys should have 6+ years of experience with corporate, M&A, securities and / or finance transactions.

New Jersey bar admission required.  Benefits include  Major Medical, Disability Plans, Life Insurance, 401K, and Profit-Sharing Plans .

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $240,000.00 - $315,000.00
