Opened in 2017, the clinic is now expanding its primary care team to meet the area's growing demand.

Position Details :

• 36 hours of patient contact, 4 hours of administrative time
• Clinic open Mon-Sat with flexible 4x10 schedule
• Shared call, consult only

• Clinical responsibilities include wellness, chronic disease management, and specialized procedures per candidate's interests
