Are you the In-Home Behavioral Therapist we've been searching for? In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for helping others by supporting our clients to achieve their goals!
JRI's In-Home Behavioral Services program is a dedicated home-based initiative focused on coaching and modeling behavioral interventions for caregivers to manage their child's challenging behaviors. Our team collaborates closely with both the child and their family to complete Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop personalized behavior plans. Our trauma-informed treatment approach is grounded in behavioral principles and tailored to address the distinct needs of each child and family.
The scheduling for this role is flexible and can accommodate your work life balance!
JRI provides the training so that we will support you to collaborate with a team to deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed, positive behavioral intervention to youth exhibiting challenging behaviors.
Compensation :
The pay range for this position is $65,000 to $68,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
