What You'll Be Responsible For

As a member of Circle's Alliance Program team, you will play a critical role in executing a wide go-to-market partnership strategy. Your mission is to operate and grow Circle's Alliance Program through the management of inbound demand and targeted outreach. You will be the first contact for many of Circle's partners and customers, leveraging deep knowledge of the company and its resources to ensure the right connections are made between teams at Circle and the broader ecosystem. You will focus on identifying viable Alliance Program members in the broader USDC ecosystem and leverage a multi-channel communication strategy to connect with and onboard these partners.

What You'll Work On

• Engaging with businesses interested in learning more about Circle's product offerings and partnership opportunities
• Qualifying and routing inbound demand to the right teams and stakeholders across Circle's global business
• Demonstrating and presenting Circle's products and programs to a diverse audience of potential and existing customers
• Performing hands-on account onboarding with qualified Alliance Program applicants
• Ideating and executing on new and innovative outreach strategies through messaging and social platforms
• Directly contribute to the growth and evolution of the Circle Alliance Program

We consider a wide variety of elements when crafting our compensation ranges and total compensation packages. Starting pay is determined by factors including experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs. Compensation ranges may differ by location.

Hourly Pay Range

$28.50 - $39.00
