Salary Range : $60,000 to $62,000

Duties and Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

Additional Requirements : Sound knowledge of vocational training programs. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to inspire and motivate staff. Ability to compose descriptive reports. Able to remedy dysfunctional behavior and intervene with students in crisis with aggression control / safe physical management restraint techniques, successfully complete mandated training courses. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid CPR / First Aid certificate. Ability to communicate effectively and relate to the trainee population. Position requires an ability to operate office equipment. In addition, an individual must be able to interact with team members and maintain an effective working relationship with all facility staff and departments.

Job Corps is the largest nationwide residential career training program in the country and has been operating for more than 60 years. The program helps eligible young people ages 16 through 24 complete their high school education, trains them for meaningful careers, and assists them with obtaining employment.
