Position Overview

We are seeking a Proposal Writer / Marketing Specialist to join our Business Development and Marketing team. This hybrid role blends proposal writing, pursuit management, and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can develop compelling proposals, craft persuasive messaging, and support campaigns that drive S.B. Ballard’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Development & Pursuits

• Responsible for the creation of high-quality, tailored proposals in response to RFPs and RFQs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, operations, and leadership to develop winning narratives.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, accuracy, and timely submissions.
• Develop polished interview materials, presentations, and supporting visuals.
• Manage multiple proposals and pursuits simultaneously under tight deadlines.
