$33.50 - $46.50

Position Highlights

Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

• Experienced RN's may be eligible for  $20,000  sign-on bonus with a three-year commitment!
• New Grad RN's may be eligible for  $15,000  sign-on bonus with a three-year commitment!

Work Schedule

7 : 00am-7 : 30pm, 7 : 00pm-7 : 30am : E / 3rd wknd / hol, occas call; 48hrs / 2wks

A Brief Overview

Delivers Nursing Care by developing a nursing diagnosis; establishing nursing care objectives; defining nursing interventions; providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends to understand patient conditions, medications, and self-care skills; noting changing conditions and needs; re-evaluating care objectives.
