Lead Advisor - Compensation
Reporting to : Director, Compensation
Location : Orange, CT
Work Type : Office, 5 Days
The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $113,000 to $142,000 plus up to 16% bonus.
Summary :
The Lead Advisor will lead compensation programs and initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor for advanced compensation concepts. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in incentive plan design, variable pay, or executive compensation, especially within a regulated industry. Candidates with experience supporting rate cases, regulatory filings, or audit processes are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include supporting executive compensation, managing reporting requirements, conducting market analysis, maintaining grade structures, ensuring compliance, and administering annual incentive and merit programs. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven approach and broad experience partnering with People & Organization (P&O) colleagues and leadership to deliver innovative, timely compensation solutions.
