Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An on-site, full-time counseling opportunity is available at a high school in Albuquerque, NM, from August 1, 2025, to May 22, 2026. This itinerant position requires traveling to multiple school sites within the district and involves working Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, totaling 35 hours per week.

Key responsibilities include supporting a caseload of approximately 35 K-12 students by :

• Helping students with autism develop social skills through group games.
• Assisting students with ADHD in managing energy levels via structured physical activities.
• Improving gross motor skills for students with developmental delays through adapted sports and recreational activities.
• Facilitating the use of munity resources and promoting recreational participation for students with disabilities to enhance munity integration.
• Providing coping strategies and relaxation techniques to students experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression.
