Salary : $22.00 - $28.00 / hour - DOE

JR & Co. is looking for Commercial Roof Crew Members (FT) to join our growing team. Are you hard working and have at least 2 years of experience installing commercial roofing systems?

We are a fun, family-oriented team working together on elevated surfaces (rooftops) outdoors. Overtime and weekends may be needed. Excellent physical condition is needed for frequent bending, kneeling, walking, climbing, carrying, and lifting (50lbs or greater)

What would I be doing?

Commercial Roof Crew Members help set-up, maintain, and clean-up project sites. They efficiently measure and cut materials and install roofing systems while maintaining safe, OSHA compliant work practices at all times.

What do I need?

• OSHA 10-hour training (minimum) - (or be willing to obtain if offered a position)
• Must be able to obtain security clearance on federal job sites
• Must have reliable transportation to get to job sites
• Ability to follow directions and pay attention to details
