Junior Account Executive

Junior Account Executives Key Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue potential Ylopo customersClosing net new Tier 3 + Tier 2 accountsEffectively handling Inbound lead allocation at JAE level$2k budget average deal sizeShadow Senior AE Demo'sWork closely with SDR team on Support and allocation ($2k budget) leadsPromotion path to AE based on performance and key metricsNegotiate and present powerful business cases to close new clients.Earn client's trust by understanding their needs and thoughtfully answering their questions.Demonstrate how our technology platform works and how it can help the client's business grow.Implement and follow structured sales and account management processes including tracking key data in our CRM platform.Achieve performance metrics and goals set by management.Required Qualifications for Sales Representative :
At least 1+ years of work experience in either B2B software sales or the real estate industryFluency in using online CRM platformsTrack record of high achievement - tell us what you've done that makes you a winner!Integrity, energy, and a genuine desire to understand and solve customer problemsAbility to think on your feetComfortable with selling over the phoneConfident, competitive, high-level work ethic, sense of urgency, and a closer mentalityAbility to prioritize and handle time effectivelyStrong listening and presentation skillsExcellent written / verbal communication skills.What we offer : $50k guaranteed base salary with an OTE of $75k per year with a target-based sales commission plan. The benefits package includes health coverage, paid vacation / sick days, and a retirement savings plan.
