Production Assembler Position, Start immediately, $18.00 / hr - $22.00 / hr,

weekly pay!

Responsibilities

• Read and follow route sheets.
• Read and understand blueprints within the route sheets.
• Apply adhesives and sealants to parts using appropriate tools.
• Load panels through conveyor machine.
• Review and inspect work according to IPC standards.
• Move work orders with the Paradigm system.
• Participate in, implement, and create continuous improvement ideas.
• Eventually cross train to perform skills outside of initial area.
• Become a certified operator.
• Maintain cleanliness of specific area.

Requirements

We offer a competitive hourly rate in the $18 to $22 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus and profit-sharing opportunities tied to performance.
