As a Surgical Technologist I specializing in General Specialty, you will play a crucial role in our operating room, providing exceptional care and support to our surgical teams. Major Responsibilities :

Maintain a clean and efficient surgical environment, ensuring optimal patient care and aseptic techniques.

Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for various surgical procedures.

Assist surgeons effectively by anticipating their needs and providing necessary instruments and supplies.

Assist in patient positioning and transportation with a focus on safety and comfort.

Perform duties to keep the operating room equipped and maintain specialty items.

Observe, report, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and aseptic techniques.

Required Qualifications :

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of hire.

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.

No prior experience is required.

What We’re Looking For :

Strong knowledge of aseptic surgical techniques.

Familiarity with equipment used in the operating room.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.

Comfortable in high-stress, fast-paced environments.

Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
