About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager with direct PLM implementation experience to support the rollout of a new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform. This role is a blend of product management, product marketing, and change enablement, focused on helping teams understand, adopt, and maximize the value of new PLM tools and processes.

You will partner closely with product, technology, and change-management teams to support communication, testing, user readiness, and feature rollout activities. This role is central to ensuring the PLM solution aligns with how cross-functional teams plan, develop, and manage products.

Key Responsibilities

• Support communication and change-management efforts tied to the PLM rollout.
• Partner with business and product teams to ensure consistent messaging around system changes and enhancements.
• Apply product-management principles to help shape rollout priorities and identify value opportunities.
• Develop training materials, guides, FAQs, and engagement content for end users.
• Support UAT activities, including test case development, scenario validation, and issue documentation.
• Translate testing insights into actionable updates for technical and product teams.
• Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows related to PLM functionality.
• Track enhancements, defects, and feature requests within product-tracking tools.
• Assist with sprint reviews, demos, and workshops; capture action items and follow-ups.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between product, technology, and business partners.
• Gather user feedback to inform future roadmap decisions and usability improvements.
• Contribute to storytelling and communications that highlight the strategic value of the new PLM platform.

Required Background

• Must have direct PLM implementation experience (e.g., Bamboo Rose, PTC Windchill, Centric, Siemens Teamcenter, or similar).
• 3–6+ years in Product Management, Change Management, or Product Marketing.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology rollouts and process transformations.
• Strong experience with training and engagement material creation.
• Background in UAT, test case development, and testing coordination.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system functionality and actionable work.
• Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail, consumer products, or large enterprise environments.
• Experience in Food & Beverage product development.
