We are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join our Maui-based team. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in desktop support who can handle escalations from the Help Desk and work collaboratively to deploy and maintain software and hardware across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Handle escalated issues from the Help Desk that go beyond scripted support
Provide hands-on support for computer replacements, builds, and software installations
Troubleshoot hardware (e. g., printers, TVs) and software issues
Software Deployment
Collaborate with the team to deploy new software to user machines
Add devices to appropriate groups for SCCM-based software distribution
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with Help Desk and other specialists to ensure smooth issue resolution
Participate in team-based problem solving and project execution
Onsite Support
Provide in-person support twice a week for troubleshooting, invoicing, and installations

3+ years of experience in desktop support
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software platforms
Experience with SCCM or similar deployment tools
Familiarity with printer setup, collaboration tools, and AV equipment (e. g., TVs)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
