Job descriptionArrange food and beverage items in an organized and visually appealing manner, following brand standards. Continuously monitor and replenish food and beverage supplies throughout service, ensuring items are fresh and appealing. Stock all necessary items like cutlery, dishes, and condiments. Guest Service : Provide prompt and courteous service, such as clearing tables and refilling beverages. Answer guests' questions about the menu and provide information about the hotel and local area. Accommodate special dietary requests or concerns whenever possible. Cleaning and Sanitation : Remove and dispose of leftover food, trash, and used dishes after breakfast hours. Perform end-of-shift cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Adhere to all local and brand-mandated food safety and sanitation regulations. Administrative and Inventory Tasks : Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management. Order or assist with ordering food and supplies as needed. Experience : Previous experience in food service or hospitality is often preferred. Communication Skills : Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with guests and other staff. Time Management : The ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential. Attention to Detail : A strong focus on cleanliness, food quality, and presentation is required. Physical Stamina : Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights, such as trays and supplies. Work Schedule : Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays is typically required. Food Safety : A basic knowledge of food safety and handling guidelines is necessary, with a food handler's permit often being an advantage.
A hotel breakfast host, also known as a breakfast attendant, is responsible for ensuring guests have a pleasant and satisfying breakfast experience. The role involves preparing and setting up the breakfast area, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. The position requires early morning availability and a positive, detail-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities and Duties :
- Set up and Maintenance :
Arrive early to prepare the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations.
Greet guests warmly and assist them with any breakfast-related questions or needs.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving equipment.
Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day's service.
