We are seeking a motivated Robot Mower Salesperson to help golf and sports field facilities find the perfect solution.

FireFly Automatix is a technology company in agricultural equipment, golf course maintenance, and sports field space that designs, builds, and manufactures automated robotic mowers and agricultural equipment, that’s really cool!
This position is responsible for understanding and developing assigned territory to maximize and grow revenue and profits by selling FireFly Automatix products and parts to existing customers and acquiring new customers. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales. Candidate MUST have sold to golf courses, have contacts with golf course superintendents, expansive contacts in the golf industry, and MUST live in Texas.
Expectations :
- Assist customers in learning about and choosing AMP mowers for their facility needs
- Provide expert product knowledge and arrange / organize demonstrations
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of FireFly Automatix AMP Mowers via in-house and field training and use this knowledge to successfully sell FireFly solutions to new and existing customers in assigned territory.
- Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals and supports Company revenue and profit targets.
- Optimize sales plan by working closely with the Director of Sales and Service team members to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency through the development and pre-qualification of leads.
- needs and position FireFly parts and equipment to meet surfaced needs.
- Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers.
- Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects, as well as be available and responsive to customers' real-time needs.
- Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Parts department, Manufacturing, Product development)
- Attend conferences and professional association meetings and promote FireFly AMP mowers
- Complete sales activity reports and presentations promptly.
- Input customer interactions within HubSpot or other CRM daily.
- Travel extensively within assigned territory (50% to 75%)
- Demonstrate unquestionable integrity in every aspect of work and dealing with others.

- Bilingual (English / Spanish) language experience beneficial
Qualifications :
Excellent organizational skills.Strong sales background (proven track record)Great prospecting ability.Understanding of relationship selling.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Great communication skills.Must be analytical and detail-oriented.Mechanically and electrically inclined.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. by self or up to 80 lbs. with buddy liftBe able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.Enjoys face-to-face interaction with customers and team members.Seeks growth and challenge.Good computer skills including Office products.Solid phone skills.Work Experience and Education :
Experience in golf / landscaping equipment sales preferredFive Years of Previous Outside Sales ExperienceCollege Degree is preferred but minimal high school diploma or equivalentCurrent Driver’s license and with clean driving record.Candidate must able to successfully complete pre-hire background check and drug screen.Salary and Bonus Information :
