Nursing Assistant Registered in Training – Little Falls Health Services

Little Falls, MN | $22.35 / hour | Part-Time & Full-Time | Day & Evening Shifts

We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals interested in becoming a Nursing Assistant Registered in Training. This role allows you to gain experience while completing the necessary coursework and competency testing to be placed on the MN State Registry.

What You’ll Do

Assist with daily resident care activities under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Learn and perform tasks such as feeding, grooming, transfers, ambulation, and toileting.

Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety while maintaining a respectful and caring environment.

Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.

Participate in required training and educational programs to prepare for registry placement.

What We’re Looking For

Interest in pursuing certification as a Nursing Assistant Registered on the MN State Registry.

Positive, compassionate attitude and desire to care for others.

Ability to follow directions and learn new skills.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
