As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence within a financial institution setting. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients at financial institution locations by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Observe and report activities and incidents to maintain a visible presence and help to deter property loss or damage.

Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and answering inquiries in a professional manner.

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access.

Document and communicate security-related incidents and suspicious activities according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
