Engineering Technician 4

Position Overview : This is a hands-on position that requires a broad understanding of the equipment and processes. Manufacturing equipment support responsibilities will include set up, maintenance and troubleshooting of the automated equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process support may include daily equipment setup, planned maintenance and unplanned equipment troubleshooting, as well as assisting production with identifying, responding to, and disposition of non-conforming material.
• The process technician will work with manufacturing personnel, other technicians, and process engineers to follow project plans, execute material testing and equipment maintenance, and collection of data for analysis.
• Initiate process improvements maintenance such Flange / hub conditioning, cleaning of machines / sensors.
• Assisting with qualification of new processes and equipment.
• Running experiments on new and existing equipment.
• Optimization of parameters / process.
• Helping run or setting up for engineering build request or assisting with coordinating the build.
• Collection of data, documentation of procedures (updating procedures / Routes), and training of operators are also important parts of this role.

Hourly Range : $24.00 -$39.00
