About The Position

Medicus has partnered with a reputable hospital in northern Illinois with an opportunity for an Advanced Gastroenterologist to provide locum coverage.

Opportunity Highlights :

• Schedule : 7a-7p + overnight beeper call
• Level II trauma
• Setting : 100% inpatient
• Daily Volume : 4-5 new consults, 15-18 inpatients, 4 procedures
• ERCP and EUS required
• Must be comfortable with moderate sedation
• Support Staff : 1-2 APPs
• Must teach APPs
• EMR : Epic
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & expenses
