We have an exciting opportunity for aConstruction Sales PM- Fire Sprinkler located in Menomonie, WI

How you will contribute :

Leverage your persuasion and relationship management skills through developing and growing a customer base. Apply your project management abilities through performing preliminary design and calculations for the bid estimates, preparing pricing for materials, labor, freight, and fabrication, seeking out competitive vendors and services to assure that Ahern's fire protection projects are competitively bid. You will also be responsible for preparing scope and quotation letters for customers, maintaining monthly estimate logs, meeting with management on a regular basis to discuss current estimating backlog and due dates, participating in turnover meetings as required, and assisting with any follow-up information with the customer as is requested, assuming an active role in managing the projects in conjunction with the designer and construction superintendent.

What you need to qualify :

Ahern will make the most out of your five plus years of fire protection contracting experience. The ideal candidates with design, sales, project management or field will all be considered. You will stand out if you have prior experience bidding work and strong understanding of estimating. Must have excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills; the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. NICET certification is preferred.
