RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Assist customers with Insurance policy renewals and underwriting compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service preferred.
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Property & Casualty license must currently have or must be able to obtain.
  • Life and Health license must have currently or must be able to obtain .
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • State Farm Experience - 1-2 years servicing experience preferred
