What You'll Bring
5+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript / JavaScript and frameworks like Express.js and Next.js.5+ years working with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL preferred).Dedication to writing clean, maintainable code and crafting scalable architectures.A passion for delivering high-impact, customer-centric software.Startup experience or a background working within small, agile engineering teams (Enthusiasm for AI, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), and a drive to bring AI advancements to life in fintech.Key Responsibilities
Design and build robust software solutions incorporating AI technology, specifically focusing on LLMs.Collaborate closely with founding team members to set the engineering direction and product roadmap.Develop and manage the infrastructure needed to support applications, including database architecture, servers, and APIs.Uphold the security, privacy, and compliance standards for all software and data.Stay informed on AI and machine learning developments to continually refine and improve product offerings.Provide technical leadership, mentoring engineers and developers as the team expands.Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to create a seamless user experience and drive customer engagement.Hiring Process
