We're a small, independent auto repair shop in Milwaukee that values teamwork, quality, and growth. We're seeking an A-Level Technician or a strong B-Level Technician who wants to keep growing and advancing their career. If you bring skill, reliability, and a great attitude, we'll provide the support and training to help you thrive.

About the Shop

The facility has five bays—four with two-post lifts and one drive-on—and services primarily domestic and Asian vehicles. Our current team of experienced technicians is laid-back, cooperative, and focused on quality work. Training and development are a major focus this year, and we're looking for someone who shares that mindset.

We work Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. No weekends required.

The Role

We're looking for someone who can perform accurate, efficient automotive repairs and diagnostics. A solid understanding of vehicle systems is important, and diagnostic experience is a plus. If you're a strong B-Level technician who's ready to step up, you'll have the chance to learn directly from A-Level techs.

ASE certifications are appreciated but not required. Experience in either dealership or independent settings is welcome.

Compensation

Flat Rate Pay :

A-Level Technicians : $40 / hour base PLUS ATTAINABLE Production Incentives (Maxes out at $50.00 per hour)

Strong B-Level Technicians : $35 / hour, with growth up to $45 / hour by earning production incentives

Efficiency Bonuses

A Level Technicians consistently performing at top efficiency can earn up to $50 / hour.

A minimum of 30 hours per week is guaranteed.

Certification Bonuses :

$250 for each ASE A1–A8 test (new or recertified)

$1,000 for L1 certification or recertification

$500 for L3 certification or recertification
