The key responsibilities will look like :
- Processing Letters of Authority and inputting accurate data into our CRM system.
- Communicating with pension providers daily and requesting scheme information.
- Interpreting, gathering and analysis of key data.
- Analysis of data to ensure all information is correct.
- Submitting business to platforms and providers for our existing clients.
- Ensuring submitted business is progressed through to completion.
- Carefully and accurately completing and recording forms for our existing clients.
- Communicating effectively with clients and 3rd parties.
What we're looking for :
An organized, detail focused and proactive individual.A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Previous experience using a CRM system.Experience of working in a client relationship focused, targeted fast paced environment.Excellent attention to detail and able to work quickly and accurately.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Job purpose :

Key responsibilities :
SubmissionsEnsuring careful and accurate completion and recording of formsUnderstanding the importance of detailed and accurate commission profilesCommunicating with the client to update them on the status of their submissionEnsure accurate completion and updating of KPI recordsEnsuring submitted files are compliantPipelineChasing submitted business to completionProblem solving any issues that occurKeeping the client updated on the status of their businessGeneral AdministrationAnswering inbound calls in a polite and friendly mannerComplete scanning, filing and printing as and when neededGeneral responsibilities :
