Route Manager

with a background in

quality assurance (QA), food or milk processing, agriculture, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) —and ideally fluent in

Spanish —to help us protect public health and food safety.

Manage a dedicated route of commercial clients in food production, agriculture, and logistics. Deliver expert pest control and inspection services that keep their operations safe and compliant.

What You Bring : Experience in

QA, food processing, agriculture, or milk processing

Knowledge of

GMP and food safety regulations

Spanish language skills (preferred)

Strong communication and time management

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Desire to learn, grow, and make an impact

What You’ll Get : Salary :

$22–$28 / hr to start + performance bonuses & commissions

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record

2+ years in route sales, facilities, janitorial, landscaping, environmental services, or food / agriculture roles

Detail-oriented and committed to high standards

Competitive and collaborative mindset

Nice to Haves :

Pest control, industrial, or safety certifications

Experience in pest control, agriculture, or food production

Pre-Hire Screening :

5+years satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record

Criminal background check

DOT physical & drug screening

Compensation details :
