We are seeking a BCBA in Sugar Land, TX, ready to bring passion, innovation, and compassion to our in-clinic and in-home ABA programs across the Greater Southwest Houston area, including Richmond, Stafford, and Missouri City.
What You'll Do :
Provide behavior-analytic services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.Implement and monitor progress using data-driven decision-makingSupervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA / BCaBA interns.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals.Manage a caseload of 6–10 learners , ensuring consistent quality of care and learner satisfaction.Opportunities for Growth :
