Manager, Business Intelligence

Summary :

The Manager, Business Intelligence (BI) will work as part of the Strategic Insights team to turn data into actionable information for caregivers. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of BI Developers and Sr. Developers in delivering innovative analytics solutions that support clinical, operational, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day team operations, prioritizing tasks, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of BI deliverables. Working with the Director, Strategic Insights the Manager will play a key role in evolving analytic capabilities across the enterprise, advancing the organization's data strategy, fostering innovation, and promoting a culture of data-driven excellence.

Experience :

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data science.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a BI or analytics team.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Epic Clarity, and Qlik Sense.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Experience working with healthcare data and familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Epic) preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA), preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality and integrity.
