Maintenance Supervisor

Magnum Piering, Inc located in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor. This position is a hands-on leadership position supporting our manufacturing operation by overseeing our maintenance operations, troubleshooting repairs, and performing preventative maintenance on our equipment.

Essential Functions

• M anages all maintenance and custodial staff, including training, coaching, and discipling.
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
• Perform and oversee all repair and installation of production machines and facility equipment.
• Oversee building and ground maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, landscaping, and cleaning.
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of HVAC system.
• Trouble shoot and work with tech support on advanced repairs of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic hydraulic, robotic, and automation systems.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs by planning with departmental supervisors, to ensure all manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Oversee the expansion of company's equipment and installation.
