Essential Duties and Responsibilities : The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description – other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.

• To ensure that all assembly processes to produce roller chain are maintained and run to the high levels of efficiency and quality stipulated by U.S. Tsubaki standards. Primarily responsible for the operation of stringing processes, power presses, pre-stressing equipment, packaging equipment, greasing equipment and associated inspection equipment.
• Retrieve and replace components from parts storage or prior processes to ensure continuous operation of equipment.
• Assists, trains and develops new operators.
• Previous experience is desirable assembling metal components, utilizing power presses, jigs and fixtures along with a variety of associated inspection equipment.
