City : Bismarck State : ND Start Date : Pending Privileges End Date : TBD Description : Summary : CHI St. Alexius is looking for locum IR coverage. Client needs IR general stroke capabilities are preferred but not required. The coverage is an 8 hour day generally anywhere between 8a-4p with evening call 4p-8a and 24 hour call on the weekends. Rates for SubmissionMalpractice Must be included in rates.Orientation 575 - half the hourly / callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours On Call Daily 5300 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 7950 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratisDAILY - 5750HOLIDAY DAILY - 8625Call Back 575 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
