Summary for Executive Assistant / Office Manager :
Established, expanding mental health & wellness practice seeks a professional to rely on and grow with. Selected individual will provide important administrative & organizational support to Executive(s) – including schedule management, coordination of meetings & travel, communications, preparing documents & presentations, maintaining overall office operations (procedures, budgets, security management, facility maintenance oversight, etc.).
