Job descriptionEstablish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Our physical office is located in Savannah, GA. You would be able to work remotely from Tennessee
